CURRENT & ONGOING PROJECTS

Current Research Project
I recently worked on a project alongside Eleanor Jolliffe investigating how climate change affects the way people live in the Andean region of South America. Shedding light on the issues around rural -> urban climate migration, over-urbanisation & post-colonialism.

Urban areas, despite only using about 2% of the earth's landmass, host the vast majority of carbon emissions, and an increasingly large proportion of the global population. Informal settlements are expanding rapidly, and they, alongside other urban areas are not built to cope with the coming climatic stresses in store.

This mixed-media research project was exhibited at the LIS Gallery in Aldgate East.
